Late Cancellation/No-Show


Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without prior notice (no-show) will be counted as used sessions and will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
 


Rescheduling


Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice without any penalty. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session time will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to availability.
 


Refunds


If you are not satisfied with your first session and you have already booked future sessions, you can request a full refund for the remaining sessions. After the first session, no refunds will be provided.
